Payment & Charges

Raea accepts payment via major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Raea has the right to amend prices found on this website at any time available. Despite our dedication to maintaining accurate and correct pricing on the website throughout the time, there may be error(s) from time to time. Should there be such situations of error, you will be notified via email before your ordered product(s) are delivered to you.

The fee for shipping is not included in the product’s price. Shipping fees will be decided upon the size of the product and your order in total cost. All sale items are excluded from other promotions and coupon codes. Unless otherwise stated. 

As purchase orders are made at www.raeaofficial.my, you will be receiving a confirmation email of the order and the billing details once the payment is confirmed. Once the payment of your order is credited to us, the product(s) will be delivered to you. Terms and conditions of shipping/delivery applied.

Buy Now Pay Later

We've integrated with a few BNPL platforms such as Shopback, Atome, and Pace where we aim to provide a safe, convenient and secure shopping experience for all our users. BNPL modes work by charging a small fee from merchants to their users to break their bills into installments. Most BNPL modes allow you to break your bills from any of their partner retailers into much more manageable installments, giving you 3 months to pay for your purchase.

Placing & Order

Orders made on Monday to Friday by 12:00 PM (excluding holidays) are shipped within the same day ordered. Orders made after 12:00 PM and during Holidays are shipped the next working day. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding a Monday that falls on Holiday). Raea follows the holidays according to the Malaysian calendar.

Order Confirmation 

Any items from Raea sold are refundable. All you need to do is ship it back to our address in good condition, and we will refund you the total sum paid at checkout. The cost of shipping back to us will be borne by the customer. Please refer below for return options via postage or via our physical stores. There will be no exchange and/ or refund for all promotional, sales, discounted items including coupons used and limited launch items after the purchase is made. When your purchase is completed, you will get an automatic order confirmation to the email address that you’ve registered with our website earlier. If there is no confirmation after a few minutes, please check in your spam/junk folder. You should also be able to see your order under "my purchases" when you are logged in. You could also check your order status there and it will be updated regularly when we have shipped your order, and that is also where your order will be searchable. Note that the confirmation email is automated generated, should there be something missing in your order we will contact you in a separate email.
